Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

PhenoTerps does not offer refunds. However, we stand behind a Satisfaction Guarantee for every order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right by either replacing the product or adjusting it to meet your expectations.

To request a satisfaction-based replacement, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. You do not need to return the product. Simply submit your order details and the issue through our contact form, and we will work with you to resolve it.

We do not issue store credits or refunds. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with the final product they receive.

Shipping Policy

PhenoTerps ships all orders using UPS. A flat rate shipping cost is applied and calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 3 business days, and tracking information is provided when the order ships.

International shipping is available. If you are outside the United States, please complete the custom order form before placing your order. This allows us to confirm shipping rates, delivery timelines, and any customs considerations.
